1 - Are your products real cowhides and leather or synthetic?

→ Our cowhides and leather are 100% real. We do not sell faux products.

2 - Do you offer international shipping?

→ Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted courier services like DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3 - How long will my order take to arrive?

→ Orders within South Africa take 3-5 business days. International orders may take 5-14 business days.

4 - Are your hides ethically sourced?

→ Yes, all our hides and leather products are sourced from ethical farms and suppliers.

5 - Will I receive the product or products that are pictured?

→ Yes, we individually photograph and code each product so you will get exactly what you see on our website.

6 - Can I order 2 of the same cowhide rug or mat?

→ Each cowhide is naturally one of a kind, meaning we have only one of each in stock. However, if you have a favorite, we’d be happy to help you find a similar cowhide that closely matches your preference.

7 - How do I keep my cowhide clean?

→ Cowhides are naturally resistant to stain and discoloration. Much like our own hair. Please refer to "Caring For Your Cowhide Rug" for all cleaning processes. 

8 - How do I request custom orders?
